Cecil is the Principal State Attorney at the Ministry Of Justice. He started his career as the Legal Manager at SDV Shipping Company limited. He later moved to JLD & MB legal consultancy as an Associate Lawyer, then to UNHCR as a protection assistant and Regent University as an Adjunct Lecturer.
Cecil had his O and A level at Adisadel College. He then continue to University of Ghana for his degree, and to Ghana School of Law and back to the University of Ghana for his master’s degree.
He believes in the philosophy, Act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with God.
